Talent Management 2006 - 2007

New tools and resources are now available under Talent Management.

All salaried employees will use the new Performance Planning tool for setting 2007 goals.

Employees receiving year-end 2006 performance reviews will continue to use the current Performance Planning (PP) tool, Performance Development Summary (PDS) and Career Summary (CS).
