In order to support and reward individual, team, and business performance, Johns Manville constantly strives to enhance its recognition programs, including providing training that highlights the importance of recognition and how to extend appropriate recognition. By recognizing our personnel when they provide a JMExperience for customers or fellow co-workers, we further strengthen the JMExperience for our employees.

Recognition In Action

The Winder, Georgia plant gives out the Golden Blender award to recognize the production crew that re-feeds the most scrap back in the process. The crew with the highest daily average per month gets lunch brought in and their name on the Golden Blender Award for that month. The trophy is a blender painted gold with ground up insulation in it.
